Shipping policy
Please understand that it is out of our control and we cannot guarantee a timely delivery. Once the package has been scanned by delivery service, all delivery claims and disputes must be handled between you (the buyer) and the USPS (United States Postal Service).
If during shipping, your package is delayed, lost, damaged due to Mother Nature's bad weather or any other natural disaster, or any other unpredictable circumstance, we are not responsible. We will do our best to assist as much as we can, however, we will not issue a replacement or refund. Also keep in mind First Class Mail does not carry insurance for lost, damaged or late items; consider Priority Mail when insures your package up to $100.
