FAQ's

1.  How do I place an order?  Through the online store.

2.  What is my turnaround time?  Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order.  Processing time does NOT include shipping time.

3.  When will my order ship?  Your order will ship after the processing period of 1-3 business days. No shipping on Saturday (after 12pm), Sunday or holidays.
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. We ship via USPS (First Class and Priority) from Maryland

MOST ITEMS on the site are RTS (Ready To Ship)

Please understand that it is out of our control and we cannot guarantee a timely delivery. Once the package has been scanned by delivery service, all delivery claims and disputes must be handled between you (the buyer) and the USPS (United States Postal Service).
If during shipping, your package is delayed, lost, damaged due to Mother Nature's bad weather or any other natural disaster, or any other unpredictable circumstance, we are not responsible. We will do our best to assist as much as we can, however, we will not issue a replacement or refund. Also keep in mind First Class Mail does not carry insurance for lost, damaged or late items; consider Priority Mail when insures your package up to $100.

4.  Do you offer pickup or delivery?  Yes we offer pickup in a designated meeting area.

5.  Do you accept refunds? We are currently NOT accepting returns.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving. Contact us if the item is defective with pictures or video via email  within 14 days of receiving your order.  Store credit will be issued.  No exchanges or store credit will be issued after 14 days.

7.  What are your business hours? Our website is open 24/7/365
Our business hours are:
Tuesday - Thursday, 10:00am - 6:00pm
Fridays 10:00am - 5:00pm
Closed Sunday and Monday and all holidays.

If rush shipping is needed, please email us at info@imposinggetures.com prior to placing your order. 
All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground unless otherwise elected by the buyer.  Tracking information will be sent via email.
